“Cup holder still gunky, windows streaker, and cleaner overspray on windows and door jams leaving white dots for me to clean up”

“They did a good job on the first car (nissan leaf). However, when I asked them to clean our honda minivan , they agreed (charron and deandre) to do it. I even bought them lunch spending close to $20 !!! However, they completely rushed it and did a horrible job cleaning it. I am gonna write it all on social media and even tell 100's of my friends not to use cardetailing services.

“The actual service is a 5, but the time it was scheduled was 10 am-12pm and they didn't arrive until 2:45 or so. Had I not called at 11:30, I would have spent an entire day waiting. As it was, I waited 4 1/2 hours. ”

“I booked the service in Cardetailing.com but technician from some other company came and done the service. I spent 200$ for the detailing but it is really not worth the money.”
