“Service Provider damaged my car and the owner was trying to tell me it was my problem and when I told him I know it was not he said well maybe we just got unlucky no your tech pulled to hard on the trunk release and snapped the cable. He is trying to get me to go to his mechanic which is not happening if he wants to try to get out I will just call my lawyer. ”

“technician was very nice and easy to talk too. Overall it was a good experience.. One thing was that his equipment to shampoo the seats and such was broken was that was not done correctly.
Overall I think I will use the service again but next time hopefully everything will go better.”
