“There were large parts of the interior and exterior that were missed, there was still visible dirty and wipe marks on the back hatch from the wash rag, as well as areas in the interior where the back of the seats were not wiped down well or back splash spray marks were not clean up. I had to ask them to wipe out the cup holders and rewash off the floor mats as they were placed back into the vehicle with dirt/leaves/ some sort of sticky substance. I would have considered the level of clean that was done to be a basic package level of clean and not an upgraded version that I paid for. Overall decent, but not detail oriented considering my car wasn’t too bad to begin with per the technician. Took 4.5 hours ”

“I believe Aaron did his best. Although, some areas were accidentally overlooked and didn't fulfil the checklist paid for (he is human after all), he did a good job.
Aaron was dressed comfortably for the heat and manual labor. I would recommend he wear a company shirt in order to distinguish him when he's not using his company's van.”

“Technician was excellent. Prompt, personable and detailed. He did a fantastic job! Recommendation. I strongly recommend you change the verbage in your documentation and instructions to include telling customers that if they do not remove upholstery covers, then the technicians will only clean the covers NOT the upholstery. Your instructions only state to remove personal Al items before the technician arrives. Luckily I had a conscientious technician who stayed and cleaned my upholstery after I disclosed that there are NO instructions or information for customers to remove upholstery coverings if they want their upholstery cleaned. I highly recommend you add this information for clarity. If you add this information, then the customer is responsible and not the technician. I would have been very upset if I had a technician that refused to clean my upholstery and only did the covering. This is especially true for NEW customers.”
