“The technician was friendly and prompt. He showed up when he said he would. The text alerts were reflective of this as well. Communication with the technician was difficult because he spoke almost no English. We communicated through the very broken Spanish that we both knew. The website said that water access wasn’t necessary, but communication with the technician was challenging and it seemed that he needed access. Overall, I thought he did great. ”

“The packages I purchased was to include clay bar, hand wax, door jams cleaned, and engine compartment clean, and neither was done. Also there was compound residue left that I had to wipe down. I’ve had cars that needed swirls taken out before and they were and my car still has swirls. It’s better but I’m expectation for the price I paid was expecting to be better. Unfortunately I was disappointed. ”
