“I am so frustrated with the service I got. The mats were covered in some sort of slick, oily gunk that was not only dangerous when getting in and out of the car but it stuck to my shoes where dirt clung to it and got tracked in the house! This gunk was applied to the wrong side on one mat. Worst of all they sprayed some sort of brown chemical that badly stained the silver console! Wtf? Last but not least, the air vents were still covered with dust. I am SO unhappy with these issues. I even tipped them!!!! ”
