“The friendly serviceman arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the job in three hours. This was a rescheduled appointment. I received very last-minute notice on my original appointment date that my appointment was canceled. This inconvenience lowered my rating.”

“There were several things missed that should not have been. Wax/compound was applied to rear bumper but not buffed off. Dirt streaks were left on the wheels that weren't in deep crevices but easily reachable. The passenger side windshield and window didn't get cleaned. Nor was anything applied to the dashboard on the passenger side.”
