“When the guy called me, once finished, he told me I did NOT have to come check the car. The smell, which is what I told him was my main concern, is still bad. He didn't clean the trunk mat all the way nor the underneath of that. It looks great everywhere else but super not happy that I spent $200 for the only issue which I mentioned to him, was not fixed. Maybe your employees shouldn't show up higher than a cloud to work if they aren't able to do what is asked. The trunk mat was dirty on one side, the foam piece to hold an extra tire wasn't cleaned out nor taken out to get to where the smell also was coming from. ”

“This is the second time that I have used cardetailing.com and like the first time that was excellent the second time was the same. The detail person whose name is Terrence is the same person who did my car the first time. Needless to say the second time was just as good as the first time. Terrence is a great person who pats attention to detail and made my car look again like it just came off of the showroom floor. I highly recommend using cardetailing.com and I will be using them again e next time. They are excellent!”

“Upon initially inspecting the vehicle, I was very impressed. The interior looked amazing. The seats and floor were clean, the car smelled fresh. However, when I actually went to drive the car a few hours later, I noticed that none of the windows had been cleaned. This was harder to notice earlier in the day when I was still light out, but is very noticeable now that it is dark and the glare from streetlights highlight it. I thought the "interior only" package included cleaning the windows "inside and out."”

“At first I thought it was good until I realized the next morning that the back windshield was even worse than to start. Had to actually clean it again before I could drive as the drivers side of the back windshield was so bad. Also did not get all the spray off interior especially the speedometer. Not worth the $79 fee and especially not worth the $40 tip!”

“The guy came a little early which was great but he did not clean all the nooks in my car (found dust when I got in the car) and the stains (the main reason I got the car detailed) came back as soon as the seats dried. Mind you, I regularly clean my car and only had a few water stains because my seats hadn't been scotch guarded by the dealership. I also asked about scotch guarding which apparently doesn't come in the $200 package.. I was told it's "expensive"... Okay.. In conclusion, not terrible, just would have expected a little more quality for that price. ”
