“The detailed tack in my opinion only did 3/4 of a job I've already sent in a complaint”

“There where several areas that the detailer missed and had to be brought to his attention. The engine bay was not wiped at all. Leather interior looked as if wiped but not detailed clean. A.C. vents are still dirty. All windows were not completely cleaned. Door wells were not thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointed with job.”

“My car is a Mazda CX9 and had not been clean in years, these guys did an awsume job. The guys who did the work were very nice and knowledgable in making a recommended solution to repairing the worn out carpet under the drivers side heel.
