“The interior handle cubbies were not wiped out, the interior of the car was not wiped down, splatters were everywhere in the interior still. Some of the stains were removed and it smelled nice and clean. Better than when they started but I definitely expected more. Not pleased and I'll be looking for another detailer in the future ”

“Trunk was not cleaned at all. I didn’t say anything because I thought maybe it wasn’t included in the Gold Package, but it turns out it was supposed to be cleaned, so i’m disappointed there. Also my cup holders were still dirty and when I wiped them down, I was able to get more dirt out of them. Lastly, the attached before and after photos are not of my car. The Tech was very kind and was tipped in person.”
