“The detail service didn't show up until 4pm. I didn't receive any notification from car detailing until after the 12-2pm window had expired, it was around 3:20pm when I received the only call from the detailer saying the detailing crew would be coming soon. The detailing itself was good. Car looks clean. There was spotting on the leather seats from the conditioner and the rubber floor mats look streaky because they did not dry properly. The detailers did not spot clean the headliner at all which was listed specifically in the interior package I selected. Honestly, this is the second time using cardetailing.com and I chose to use this service this time because I was so pleased with my initial experience. This experience however, I am not a satisfied customer. I requested that the detailing crew not clean the interior windows but $140 for the services rendered does not seem fair. I will seriously be reconsidering using cardetailing.com for my next detailing service.”

“ My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the technician performed 90% of the work in the dark with a light from his phone. Because of that fact the job was not done accurately. The tech spent a lot of time working on my vehicle which was very dirty. But the lack of light must have played a factor in the ultimate outcome. ”
