“I gave 2.5 rating because I feel I only got half of what I paid for. I purchased the 119$ package and carpets were not shampooed, trunk was not touched, empty compartments not wiped down, bottom of all windows are greasy from spray from conditioning doors and dash. Back window still dirty on inside. The guys were great but did a hurry up, half ass job. I would have expected this if I would have purchased the 39$ package but not this expensive package. I chose your company after reading good reviews as well as the better business bureau rating, but I am very disappointed and will not use nor recommend your company to anyone. ”

“I was very happy with my detail. The technician arrived at the very beginning of the window of time I was given, which I appreciated. He got right to work and worked hard. He was friendly and pleasant. He cleaned up the mess on my driveway (from the trash he found hidden/lost in my car!). His electric/automatic cleaning brush broke in the middle of the job so he had to complete the brushing manually. He showed a strong work ethic and the result was amazing. My car looks awesome. Now I just have to tell my kids and dog they are no longer allowed to ride in it. :-)”
