Called customer service three times just to be told I’d get a call back and didn’t
Was ignored via chat 2 times until Natasha was nice enough to help me
Last rep told me that they know this company does this yet I made it clear when I booked this service that I’ve had a company not show up before. One thing to be late but the lack of communication is infuriating.
This has happened before and I expect a refund for all my troubles especially since I am a night shift worker that changed my schedule so I could be at my parents house on time ( I don’t have a driveway) and not be late just to have to sit and wait for someone to finally show up ”

“The company couldn't make the arrival time window of 10-12 so they called and asked if I could do later, or this weekend, but my schedule is too hectic. I explained that I had to leave by 2pm. They arrived late at 1235. The cleaning was good, but some things like my windows and interior mirrors were missed. In retrospect I wish I just let them reschedule me rather than squeezing me in. Otherwise they would have had sufficient time to do a great job!”

“Detail jobooked great. Asked about a military discount but detail guys didn't know anything about that. I only got the inside done and although the door jams are spotless, there were still spots on some parts of the interior. I'm disappointed in the amonunt of money I spent for the work done.”

My apt was cancelled by the service by accident, then needed to be moved from my business location to a home location due to power requirements, then the arrival was delayed by one hour. But the car had never been detailed and the detailers did a fantastic job. It was extremely dirty inside and out. Thank you for the work!”
