“The man, George, who came to detail my vehicle was very nice. He was prompt and polite, no issues there. I paid $154 plus tipped my detailer $20 for his time. I was happy to pay the price after reading the online package details. He took about 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting great results because of the price and the time he took. However, my vehicle’s seats and floors do not look shampooed. They were wet but after drying they are still stained and look like nothing even lightened or came up. The mats still had sand and dirt in them and the car’s dashboard and consoles are left with an oily residue. For as much as I paid I am not impressed at all. I feel like I wasted money today.”

“When the service tech came to house said WHO he was then he told my wife THEY work on tips. Wife told me that I went out to meet and same thing was said about tips .went over ALL to be done when the boss came out the rep kept telling him we WATCH him DO ALL not so.did give 20 dollars tip then we look over cars to many things he did not do the wife I and i ARE not happy an when Bill comes in I will dispute the charge it said satisisation guareented ARE moneyback! Yes gave the guy the tip DO not want trouble at OUR home 4 grandkids. Thanks bill”

If all your employees are as respectful, polite and such hard workers as they were. I definitely would refer anyone I know that is looking to have the vehicle detailed to your company.
