“Great guy!!! Worked his butt off in 90 degree weather the truck looks great”

“Cold Detailing package for Nissan Pathfinder not completed properly. Clay Bar missing, Car's paint coat not smooth, you can feel little specs and contaminants with your bare hand. I have had clay bar done before twice and surface should feel totally smooth not like it feels now. Exterior only detailing for Ford Mustang missing the clay bar too. Paint coat feels little bit smoother because Mustang is a brand new car. Service time for Gold detailing package should be 2-2.5h and for Exterior only detailing 1.5h. Your technician worked alone and finished both cars in 1..5h so clearly some major work was skipped, he should have worked at least 3.5h on our cars to complete all the services we paid for. There was also quite many greasy stain on Nissan Pathfinder's interior and wax smudges on the exterior which technician kinda wiped off after me pointing them out but I had to finish the job after the technician left”

“Crew was friendly and nice. My appointment was between 10am and 12 got a call at 1150 asking to come at 2pm. I watched them wash my truck wipe it down and wax my truck. They didn't clay bar my truck before waxing and there are spots the clay bar would of taken out of they did clay bar. They cleaned the outside of my windows but not inside windows as they're supposed to. Again the crew was very friendly and nice which is a plus. Thank you for listening. ”
