“The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because this is the second time I have had this service, and it is also the second time that I requested at scheduling the ozone machine to get cigarette smoke odor out of a car,(two different cars) and it wasn't brought both times, first visit they were able to acquire one and at this visit the Tech wasn't able to get one, but he tried, and as an alternative he found something else to help eliminate the odor, I haven't been out to the car this morning to see if the odor is truly eliminated but I will this afternoon, the Tech who did our service generously offered to come back out with a ozone machine if we still smell smoke,. So my wish is, going forward, that the technicians you have come to our homes to provide this service are set up for success, by knowing exactly what the customer requested at scheduling, to have it happen twice isn't professional. The technician that came out to perform our service was very professional. ”
