“The overall cleaning was excellent outside and inside. The two items I noted were not done well - if at all. Headlight restoration was not completed - there was zero difference ($95 charge), and the plastic restoration (noted when I scheduled) was not done. I was willing to pay the extra for your services because I thought it was going to be above and beyond, but it is basically the same service I get at CarSpa. The technician also told my neighbor he would have done the service for $100. He gave me a card so that I could schedule directly with him instead of going through "Detail". ”

“For the amount of money, the Titanium package cost, you would expect a really professional team with top notch equipment to really detail your vehicle. Instead, a foreign elderly couple arrived with a pickup full of old half dated equipment and chemicals thrown around in buckets. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the job performed. There are spots and areas that were not cleaned or waxed and lint with dust all over inside of vehicle. 100% not worth the cost. I will never use this business again and do not recommend their services. ”
