“Thought this would be worth $200 since a “professional” service is supposed to deliver. higher quality service than the neighborhood parking lot detailer. Dissatisfied with results. Although the website said the tech would let me know prior to cleaning if additional cleaning/costs may be necessary, he never said that I needed extra cleaning,. I would have paid extra. Now I’m having to go back over multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Cleaned out my trunk so it could be vacuumed but it wasn’t touched. Won’t use again and won’t refer.”

However, a little more care and attention to detail could have been taken due to the windows still having a hazy film on them and some swirl marks on the paint of the car that weren’t completely buffed out.
