“This is not detailing, just a very expensive car wash service. The stains and oxidation where not removed from the paint, I had to remind the operator that engine compartment was part of the deal and the interior was not adequate. I liked the idea of coming to the house but when just one person does your car in 2 hours your not going to get a 230 dollar cleaning.. the operators are subcontracted and not even employed directly by the company...... just a middle man trying to make a buck of someone else’s efforts who probably doesn’t care so long as he gets paid. Ive gotten much better details for much less money in the past.”

“Had to redo the windows, looks like he got overspray on them around the edges, They were cleaner before he started. Now they have streaks on them. I thought that you would use a paste wax not a spray on wax. Hell, I would have done a spray wax myself. The car was washed the day before at the dealership after the oil change, was very clean inside and out. ”
