“My first experience with Detail.com by 2 brothers was incredible, at one point I all most gave this vendor $100 to just go away
Inside windows not cleaned, soap still in floor mats, back seats not even turned down and vacuumed
He did make me laugh when he gave me his business card and told me to call him directly next time
His card went right in the garbage
First crew who was brothers had every thing in van and looked professional, this individual had NO APPROPRIATE TOOLS for this type of work
In the future I will seek out local firms and advise against detail.com as it’s like a box of chocolates, not sure what will show up at the door
Once I got over not doing the windows on inside of truck for an interior clean, it saved me a bit of time but over all I was utterly disgusted compared to the first crew you sent”
