“The vehicle looked nice, but I wasn't notified when the detail was complete and the key was left in plain sight with the doors unlocked.”

“The cars do not look fully detailed, particularly the Land Rover. It does not even look fully washed. This is surely due to the work being completed in the dark. While I appreciate being willing to stay late, arriving at 3 PM on a winter day does not leave enough time to detail two cars fully it appears. I can share pictures of what the cars look in the daylight the seats also did not appear to have had leather or vinyl treatment on them, they looked wiped clean. Overall, this is much lower quality than I usually get with a Mobile Detail service. The gentleman was very nice and I liked him, but again the results and potentially the darkness didn’t work out. ”
