“The interior was great!
The description said the job would take about 3 hours. The Tech was here 1 hour and forty-five minutes
I am not thrilled with the exterior I don’t think he he did more than wipe down the exterior after washing. And was left with streaks. So I will get the exterior redone before the winter.
And the tech had me enter the tip in an app yet here you are asking me to Tip here not sure what that was about.

“All I can really is say, WOW. Not only did Luis show up on time, he was bit early! My car looks amazing! Like a brand new car. I knew my car was dirty but man, i didn't realize HOW dirty. Such an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. You can tell there was a lot of pride in that work. Thank you! Will use again. ”

“He did a great job cleaning but neglected to turn off my dome lights and after 4 hours with doors open my battery was totally dead and he didn’t have jumper cables!! This should be detailing 101 to turn off the dome lights. My battery is not holding a charge now and I may have to purchase a new one. I will send the receipt if so for reimbursement by your company. ”

“Not the wow moment I was expecting. Detailed told me she does not utilize much water when shampooing seats because a customer has complained. The seat still had marks on them that I was able to clean off with my spot cleaner I have at home. Dog was not all removed as promised and I was able to get the leftovers with furs off pet hair remover I also have at home. The was not a professional detail job by any means and not worth the $300.”

“Both cars smelled very strongly like men's cologne. I'm not sure if it was a spray or someone wore a ton of cologne, but it left a very strong and terrible odor in our cars. We had to leave our windows down for hours to reduce the strength and the odor still lingers. That smell is the only reason this is not 5 stars. ”

“This technician did not wear a mask the entire time he was here. For a cleaning service, in the middle of a pandemic, this is pretty bad. Furthermore, I got in the car and immediately noticed lots of dirt and gunk under the controls of the car and a large food spot still on the console. I had to clean after the detail job. I will never use this service again and will not recommend it to anyone. ”

“Steven did Very good job for removing my car scratches and all that. My car is very very clean by the time the service completed. I would say it was even better than the day my new car was delivered to me. 10 out of 5 I would give! Big applause to Steven and he deserves some compensation for that!!”
