“I sent an email earlier - the windows, which I paid extra to have done with the RainX, are smeared. They are so dirty, it's dangerous to drive at night. I'd like to hear back from you on recompense, or for you to schedule the tech to come back and do them right. ALL of them are smeared - as if the rag he used on the windows, he first used to apply tire treatment.”

1. Why do you not provide your own hoses to hook up to my water spigots? The technician had to get one from me. That seems unprofessional for the price.

“This service was a redo of a job done on Friday, July 27. The initial job was for 2 vehicles, but through some miscommunication, only one of the vehicles was completely done. I immediately called the company and they promptly rescheduled a redo of the second vehicle on Sunday, the 29th. At that time the vehicle was done completely. It was an excellent job, with which I am very pleased. I am also very pleased with the company for their excellent and timely resolution of the problem.”

The technician in charge of the job is excellent. He is very concerned with doing the job completely and correctly. I have used this company for two years and their service has been excellent. I requested and got the same crew both years.

“The car is much better for sure, but there are corners around the windows or the gear shifter that needed more attention and the front and back windows had streaks that make it hard to see when driving into the sun.
Also, I paid the providers by check as they requested, but then was also charged on my credit card. I will work with customer service to have that issue resolved.”
