“Your third-party contractor Sporties LLC sent out a tech this morning. They finished at approx. 1015. The tech did a good job, however, he accidentally left with both keys to my car (ie I had no spare). I called Sporties within five minutes of him leaving. Rather than send the tech back, they directed him to drive to and complete another job over an hour away. I spoke to multiple "receptionists" at Sporties, and ultimately the owner, who told me at 1230 my keys would be returned within the hour. I called twice more, before contacting Detail.com directly. I did not receive my keys back until after 330. It completely defeats the purpose of having a detail service at your home to save time when I was unable to use my vehicle--through no fault of my own-- for nearly six hours after completion of the service. My entire day was tied up trying to get in contact with someone about getting my keys back. Sporties provided no updates or calls back.”

“Inside of windshield on both vehicles was not cleaned thoroughly. Combination of cleaners used on vehicle interiors causing a foul odor inside both vehicles. Headlights on Honda are only marginally better, I was expecting better clarity. Excessive amounts of protectant used on interiors and needs to be constantly wiped off. I was expecting much better results after spending over $700.”

“I feel this is a hard time for everyone, but to be honest I feel that I made a mistake when I got my interior clean. Let me begin by saying I paid 150$ plus 25$ tip. The outside for the most part was immaculate. Although the technician missed a few spots... I was so happy with the outside. The inside... not so much. My car for the most part was clean. I wanted to have my seats shampoo and my car steamed. Unfortunately for the amount of money I spent I could have just did it myself as the outcome may have been the same. It was clearly rushed and I had to address several things. I could tell that I was offending and upsetting my technician so I just tipped him and went on my way. I decided to address the issues myself. the techs vacuum broke and my vents and seat not that great and couldn’t get steam and my dash and other things needed to be addressed. Great tech but I’ll never use this service again. Sorry”

“The two men were done my service within an hour and a half- I was told 3 hours- when I made the appointment- things were overlooked, and I went over them myself such as white residue and dust on the 3 air vents - dashboard wasn't conditioned (armor allied). I feel details matter and the 2 men were nice, but rushed by their manager to get to the next stop.”
