“One half of the crew sent did an excellent job. The gentleman responsible for shampooing the interior carpet said he could not do it because of the odor and wetness it could create. The gentleman had a wet vac... Duh! I paid for a TITANIUM detailing package at $332 plus a generous gratuity. I also ask that the Detailer be assigned from Burlington not Philly. “What an amazing experience! Arrival time was right on the button and Rick was open to any suggestions as to how minor details seen by me would be done. The end result was for him to produce my cars appearance gave my car a brand new look. I will not hesitate to use his professional ability again. My spouse has said that her van will also be done.
