“The front end of the car was not washed and waxed. Also I tipped him In cash, not on the credit credit and the credit card had a tip put on it. I would NOT use this service again. Also trying to speak with someone in customer service. Still waiting for a response ”

“Good afternoon, first of all let me be the first To apologize for it taking over a week for me to fill this out. I have had some rather serious health conditions arise and I was in the hospital for about 9 days. As for the quality of the service I paid money for: The associate who was "called" for my appointment was not very representative of the quality of service I've heard about this company. The individual had only one thing that was acceptable about his "job performance" which was his ability to be directly on time. I admire that in anyone. However I would like to seek a full refund because I have as a consumer buy a product been ripped off. The associate had no idea what package I had purchased when we started our initial conversation about my concerns for certain areas of the vehicle. Let this basic Inability to act responsibly to know the job he's being PAID for set the tone for the rest of my 86 minute of 1-3 supposed hours of "detailing services". I have more tosay”

“2.5 / The detailer couldn't confirm the appointment because he was calling the wrong number so he had to reschedule for the next day and then his truck broke down and was 2 hours late. I felt like the three cars I had scheduled became a rush job for them. The wax on the cars wasn't put on evenly and I don't think either of the cars were clay barred. I had to clean the leather conditioner over spray off the inside of the rear window when I got home. The interior of the Mustang could have had a little more time spent cleaning the seats. We were not offered deodorizer for any of the cars. Over all I would say to cars look great from 10 feet away”

“3.5. they were 1.5 plus hours late due to a tire issue.. They called to tell me this and I appreciate that. But I do believe they hurried due to their compromised schedule. There were some areas on the inside back window corners that were missed. I also believe there were spots that if worked at, could have been taken care of. Overall, it was a decent job, carpets looked great, I still feel the outside was a bit rushed. Lots of details on a GT CS Mustang Convertible. Could have taken more care to walk around like an owner does. Also, my husband noticed sand in the driveway which leads to believe a chemical was spilt in the process of cleaning. They were in a hurry.”
