“The detailing done on my car left me completely unsatisfied. The "details" in the car were not cleaned at all. I need to talk to someone to get a refund.
- Air vents were not cleaned.
- Small crevices not even touched
- Spots left in the passenger seat
- Doors still has spots.
-wet rag marks left on dashboard
- trunk is still soaking wet
I asked the guy to please go into detail with these things. He told me he had already scrubbed and could not use anything stronger. Used a rag for air vents, yet again leaving them dirty. I could not just stand outside for any longer telling him what to do. He then asked to be recommended with the rest of the employees at the office (I would have gladly recommended him and detail.com to the rest of the office, but there is really nothing good to say about your service).

“I had a scheduled window of 1-3 and the driver arrived at 3:05, the driver then proceeded to eat lunch and hangout for 5-10 minutes before beginning the detail. I paid an extra $175 for the “super interior” cleaning in order to address the throw up residue that was on my passengers front side without being up charged. It was neglected and in some spots not even touched. I appreciate the convenience of coming to my home but $400 for just the cleaning of the interior, it could be much better. ”
