“The car is mostly incredibly clean and tidy and I very much appreciate that. However the inside of the windshield was not cleaned, which was a specific ask of our detailer. Also, the windshield has a huge crack and it did not before the service. Happy to send photo evidence of both the crack and the still dirty windshield wherever would be appropriate. ”
