“Paid for the highest best service offered. Appointment window not met, and when they did arrive and start working, when I came to check the car I had to point out 8 different areas that were not done properly. I literally wiped my finger on the car and had so much dirt on it I had to go wash my hands. There were multiple areas I had to point out. Sure, they addressed them, but for $370, that is not acceptable. I am not sure how good the wax is, I will know in a few days.weeks. Based on what I see with my eyes, the simple $190 platinum package is probably all I need, it is sure all I see as service today.”
