“I was very pleased with the service and how my car looked after he was finished. We used the lists from the silver, gold and platinum services. The interior was extremely dirty, so it required a $30.00 up charge. I talked with him about how long it would normally take the job which he stated 2 to 2 1/2 hours. So with the extra cleaning he stated it was going to take 4 hours. That was how he justified the up charge. This made sense to me so I agreed to the up charge. We shook hands and he started the work. I watched him while he worked the whole time. He performed a quality job. He finished the job in 2 hours. My wife and I looked over his work and we were very pleased. I paid him the agreed price for the job. As I think about the negagtation for the job I felt mislead about how much time it was going to take to perform the job, so I feel mislead because he made $130 an hour.
