I purchased the Titanium package and hoped that more could be done to buff the superficial imperfections (that had not cut into the paint). If I'd known that most of the imperfections would be unchanged, I would not have invested in this package. Lesson learned. ”

“Well we expected the exterior to at least be washed down a job is complete when you pick up after yourself not leave trash on the driveway $200 is a lot of money to not have it done right . Also appointments had to be rescheduled due to the tardiness of the arrival.”

“My car looks a lot nicer. However, the leather wasn’t clean - milk stains, other liquid stains, an occasional small piece of dried food we’re still there. I took a Clorox wipe to it and got much of it off. I drive a very old car and certainly don’t expect it to be new,, but for the price ($119 + tip), I do not expect to be able to easily wipe soil off the seats / plastic. ”

Initial expectations were not met because I didn't have anybody let me know what it was going to take to get the job done before my technician showed up. However, I had to dock some points because the service showed up an hour late out of window. My coworker had the same experience, so I booked an earlier window. If you tell me that I can book a 10-12 arrival time, I expect techs to arrive in that time.”
