“Joseph was very thorough with the cleaning. He was knowledgeable and my car was so clean inside! However, he left my headlights on which ran down my battery. When I tried to go pick my son up from work, battery was dead and I had to wait 2 hours for tow truck guy to come and "jump" car. Well, it was an accident which was inconvenient but otherwise he did a fabulous job ”
