“The cleaner was not aware he was to buff the car. I had to pull up the email and show him the written description. He stated the minor scratches would not come out. The car was cleaner however, I had to point out areas that were not taken care of such as the strip on right side under doors, still dirty, spoiler with dirt and spots, soiled areas in the hatch area, on back seat, both front seats, and left without putting back weather mats which had dirt on both. This cleaning was equally to a local “drive through cleaning” and a lot more expensive. ”

“Honestly pretty disappointed with the service. When the car was finished there were still spider webs and dust on the mirrors outside. The interior was disappointing as well. The center consol was still dirty and there was still dust and stains on the floor mats and seats. I specifically asked them to pay attention to a spot on the headliner and it wasn’t even touched when I got my car back. I won’t be using this detailing service again. ”
