“I feel like I paid $119 for a decent vacuuming and a quick wipe down. Nearly every stain is still in the car, some of them flake off when scratched. I wiped dirt out of a few places (cup holder and door storage area for example). I am not a jerk, I know the fellow worked hard on the car for a long time and he was so nice and accommodating. I looked back at what comes with the package I paid for and I guess I got it. But the service for the money was way not worth it. I am going to chalk this up as a lesson in money management and my own personal laziness. Off to the store to buy stain remover. ”

“We paid over $200 and expected the van to look immaculate. The car has an odor that wasn't there. It smells like wet dog. The ceiling of the van wasn't cleaned and there were spots missed. I was expecting you to use an actual shampoo machine not spray down the seats and floor then wipe it all down. It was left soaked which produced a foul odor. I'm not happy with the job at all or the service. ”
