“They Canceled original appointment so had to reschedule for a day I couldn't be there to see process. Did vehicle in an hour and a half so I feel it was rushed cause results show it. Water spots all over front and rear windshield. Excess polish on black plastic parts. Found some globs of excess black polish on paint. Did not wipe down engine compartment which is part of silver package. Interior is great but exterior is underwhelming for a $200 dollar service. I feel shortchanged and will not use or recommend this site for services. ”

“The actual detailing was great. The chat person natasha was great. One of the schedulers was so bad I almost never came back - refused to let me finish what I was trying to say and hung up on me. But everyone else was amazing.”

“The car looks beautiful. They missed some spots on the wheels, but not too bad. The only problem I've had is that the company keeps texting me. It's too intrusive, unless is the day of service and there's a problem. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I'll use Car Detailing again.”
