The communications with their dispatcher was a little awkward. It was hopefully a fluke. In their defense they were very easy to work with to reschedule. ”

“The men were friendly but did not know how to clean a car or know how to apply dressing. It's on surfaces like glass and on clear plastic surfaces where you need to see. My wheel were not cleaned well at all. Tire dressing only part of the tire. Missed areas of concern that I pointed out in the beginning and they did not address. I will not be using your service again”

“My comments are very very nice guys
But my Maserati is stuck in the middle of my driveway with the battery dead because the doors were open and I can't start it I had to get on a flight at five in the morning which block my wife's car so we had to call a cab to take my son to the airport I still can't get my car started I've had to call Maserati to come to my driveway tomorrow at $250 to get my car started the wheels were never cleaned on the Maseratti. The cupholders in my truck are still sticky with change and stickiness and the control panel of the Maserati was soaked and never wiped down and the cupholders were full of cleaning fluid I would like you to refund 100% of my money thank you”

“The service was scheduled for 8am and I received a call informing me that the service was not going to happen until noon. Lunch meeting was already scheduled at that time so I had to post pone the detail service until 12:30. There were 2 trucks in this service and that put the final completion time at 4:30 which made me late to meet my wife. The detailer did not have his generator which made me prop our door open to the office so they could vacuum the insides. The detail job was good but not great. ”
