“Not exactly what I expected.
I learned of cardetailing.com because I saw them at my place of business, working out of a cardetailing.com company vehicle. Thus set my expectation. The technician arrived at my home in his personal vehicle. And the equipment he used gave no appearance of professional work. When I met the technician, he began asking me questions about what I wanted done, even though I had clearly chosen my package which set full expectations of what would be done. I have no confidence that the technician completed all points of my purchased package. I know the mats were not shampooed. All-in-all, yes I am satisfied with the overall cleanliness of my vehicle, but not the process. I will likely not use this service again.”

“It didn't look like a complete detail job. There haze in the door Jambs there was dirt still on my tailgait .seats didn't look like they were conditioned dirt still in crevices...the carpets were dry i wasn't sure if the were shampooed.it didn't look like a detail job.that I paid 400$ for n he was done in 2.5 .hours....if he woulda checked his work he woulda saw what he missed..a extra hour coulda prevented his mistakes...”

“I was gone during the job. My husband was the one who "inspected" the job after completion. When I did get home of course I checked it out and have to say that I was not completely satisfied with the job. The windows were not cleaned and there were several areas that were dull faded cant' think of an appropriate word. So now we have to do additional buffing and I will have to clean all of the windows. I'm not sure that I would recommend your company to any of my friends. Sorry but I feel I need to be honest. ”

“My car was bought at auction and was incredibly dirty inside. The team that worked on my car were incredibly hardworking and diligent. They worked on my car for over two hours nonstop and did an excellent job getting my car's interior looking exceptionally nice.bro appreciate all their hard work.”
