“Your technician, Marco Torres, has damaged my driveway pavers with the tire cleaning/shining products he used. I asked him about the marks and he said they would come out with water. I immediately jet hosed the area and when it dried the stains were still there. These are very expensive Bella Pavers and I have spoken to Erin in you customer service area and submitted pictures of the damage. Please respond with how you plan on fixing my pavers.”

“The gentleman who showed up did not know the address and claimed he tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. It took less than 2 hours and I am satisfied with the work, but there was some miscommunication concerning the need for keys and the fees for using a credit card, and it took some time from my classes in order to resolve the issues.”
