“On your website it states that you use clay bar to detail the vehicle, leading me to believe that that was the price for overspray removal since a clay bar is normally used for that reason and then you came back and wanted to change more for a service that your already doing. Not pleased with how you do business, but pleased with the service ”

“My seats are terribly slippery now. He had asked me if I wanted a coating that would feel greasy (his words) and I said no. He did it anyway! The car looks cleaned up though, but I never wanted that coating, just wanted a vacuum and soap-based shampoo of the interior. I don't know how I will be driving the car now, slipping and sliding in the seat! There is also a chemically smell in my car now that makes it hard to breathe.”
