“The service was great, but since the technician left the doors open with the interior lights on for so long without starting the car, the battery died. Even after jumping it, it dies again so it has to be replaced. This caused a major inconvenience as I could not take my kids to school and I now have to spend money on a new battery. I am not sure if it is part of the process to have the technician start the car periodically to avoid this issue, but it might be good to do this in the future”
