“It doesn't appear my leather was conditioned. There are several missed smudge spots on exterior. There are still bugs on the front grill. I am not sure the carpets were shampooed (they don't smell like they were) and my tires were not dressed. ”

“When the technician showed up and saw pet hair and dirty roof on the SUV, these prompted him to charge $111 extra (from $169 to $280). Okay, "pet hair" can be subjective. To me, it was not "excessive". Please note, this is not the first time I used Car Detailing. Last time, there was A LOT more pet hair, but the technician who came didn't say a word and did an impressive job. Anyway, I went ahead and let him do it for $280 because I just wanted to get it done. I deducted 1 point because of this. Then, while he was working on one of the cars, my dog ran away and so I needed to drive the other car out to get my dog, but the technician parked his car in "my" driveway. I asked him to move his car. He said "No! it's your personal issue......". Then, he called his boss, before he got so upset and went to move his car, and that took him only 2 minutes. Oh no! it is my personal issue, but your car happens to be in my driveway.. Sorry sir. I deducted another 2 points for his attitude.”
