“The side door compartment is still dirty. My daughter in law called me out to the vehicle after your tech left. She spit on her finger and wiped of grime still on the door on the inside of the right back just as one example. The odor is still present.
She is very disappointed with the work that was done and is not willing to pay the price asked.
I also want to let you know that I, as the person who made the appointment, was never informed that you only take cash.”
