“The end result was great and the technician did a good job. However it took him 5 hours. The main issue is that he asked me to call his manager (his manager didn’t call me), who then informed me that I needed to pay more (an error on my part) and that they were not the company that took the order, they didn’t know about the discount I received, and they would not have come all the way to Pacifica had they have known. This left a bad taste in my mouth as I was not aware of the fact it was not the company I had booked with and frankly, I don’t need to know those details - I just wanted my car detailed. I would think twice about using this service again, sadly.”

“I was recommended by someone who said you did a great job.... well Unfortunately for being a detailing that cost me over 300 with a generous tip, I’m pretty disappointed.... the fact that I myself took a rag and wiped the seat to get dirt off and the fact that sides of all seat were Still dirty that I had to wipe myself is pretty disappointing. Vacuuming was good, but for the amount of money and tip paid, I expected a little more elbow grease especially since there were 2 people here and only here for about 2 hours.... I won’t be using your service again”

“Moses was such an extraordinary young man! He was polite and professional and he worked sooo hard. My expectations were modest because I had never enlisted mobile detailing services before. But my expectations were wildly exceeded. Moses worked sooo hard on my vehicle and paid such keen attention to places I didn't even expect to have cleaned. Excellent product. Being able to remain in my home during it was so convenient. It was a terrific experience!”

“Tech arrived on time, we discussed my concerns and he started to get his equipment. To my surprise he pulled out a Bissell! I was expecting a professional extractor for a deep clean, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It took him about 3hrs and he was done. For the cost of this service (239+ tip- I always tip) I was expecting a much better job. The carpets came out okay but the rest of the interior was terrible! The backs of the head rest weren’t even touched, dash and center console were just wiped off not cleaned! Vents and seatbelt latches were not touched. I have no problem paying for a quality service but this was far from the mark. What I got was a basic light interior wipe down and carpet spot cleaning! I would not recommend this tech!”
