“Thorough and convenient.”

“The tech made the windows worse than when he started. Some kind of oil or wax was in the windows, and I had to do them myself after he left. The car was in the sun when he left, so I did not notice until I pulled the car into the garage. The dash was not fully wiped down either. I do not mean to be insensitive, but there was terrible body odor in the car when I pulled the car into the garage. I aired the car out for the afternoon after he left. He was nice enough, but won't use your services again. No tip here; I gave him cash. ”

“The tech showed up two hours late and I was not able to do a post walk through because it had gotten dark and he said he needed to leave. Things were left wet. I expected things like the glove box and console to be dried with a rag or something. The cup holders at the back of the console were not cleaned, nor was the truck cleaned under the front seats. The tech was very nice and polite. Afraid of dogs. He should be trained on how to interact with dogs. I tipped him without being able to go over everything. I would like to share photos I took of the parts he did not clean. Having paid nearly $300, I expected better service.”
