“The technician did a real good job on what was done.....but I thought that the platmium package included the car being clay bar and hand waxed .. Neither one was done ... The only wax applied was a spray on detail wax....I really wanted to have the car hand waxed and clay bar done as to remove the dirt from the paint and hand waxed ... I will be taking care of it myself now ... I used your services because I have no time at the moment due to the fact I am working 12 hour plus days 6 days a week and will be for some time .... I would just like to know why those were not done?? It was the main reason I picked that package .. But the work that was done came out real nice ... I am just wondering if I paid for a service that was not done ?? I did call and talked with someone that afternoon and they said they would check into it but I never heard anything back from anyone ... ”

“Service arrived on time (actually they moved my time up and patiently awaited my arrival), great communication with techs and office, friendly techs, very good job with only a few minor omissions. Best job at removing pet hair (extra charge like everyone else) my car had ever seen. Overall very satisfied. Basic costs very reasonable, especially for home location service.”
