“If it were a grading scale, I would give this a solid "B" or perhaps a "B+". Car looked great, overall. Edges of the cup holders and not shampooing the cargo carpet was why it was not an "A". ”

“The wheels were not completely cleaned. There were still dead bugs on the front of the car. Left streaks on all of the windows. Some dead bugs left on the windshield. The leather wasn't cleaned very well. I had to request that another technician be sent to take care of these issues.

“Some dirt still inside of wheel rims, inside front windshield tape not cleaned off. Car just didn't seem to pop. I didn't get that wow factor after he was done. But . great job on the light restoration, was happy with that. ”
