“Recently I did a survey on the service performed on my vehicle, by Don. I initially rated him @ 4.5 because the smell of cigarette smoke still lingered. The previous owners smoked quite a bit in the vehicle. An excellent rating, otherwise I would have given him a 5.0. You need to know he was kind enough to come back and do extra work to eliminate the smell of smoke in my vehicle at no extra charge. New rating 5.0. Unfortunately for you and your company, your website is not up to date and will not allow me to update my rating. In fact, when I went back to your site to update the review, it only asked me to purchase more products and services from you. I hope that you update the review or rating for Don because he truly deserve it, he worked his tail off. As far as your company desperately trying to get more services from me, poor taste on your part.”

“I had to ask for a couple of things to be fixed but overall it was ok. I cleaned off a little more cement off of the front and had to clean something off of the backseat that came up easily. I asked them to do the entire rim not just the front. After I sat in it I can see the windows are a bit streaked but with the sun beating down on them I don't know if anything can be done about that. I am a bit of a perfectionist but really just want what I pay for. I did accidentally not give them their tip. When I ran out after them they had already left. Please tell them I am sorry. They did not call me before they arrived so I didn't have their number to call them back. Thank you for doing it today on such short notice. I do appreciate that. I accidentally hit the delete button when I could not open the email. Can you resend it?”
