“When I talked with your representative on the phone to reschedule my appointment to yesterday, he told me he was giving me a $50 price reduction. He reduced the total charge to $329.00. The technician that was out to my location yesterday had not been given this information. The technician only charged me $329.00 based on my word that this is the final price that had been quoted to me. I just want to make sure that this is noted. I do not want the technician to have to "eat" the $50 difference. ”
