“My appointment was scheduled for a window of 8-11. The technician did not show up. I got a text at 10:18 from the company asking if he ever showed up. I replied that he did not. At 11:37, I got another text that he was running behind and would be at my house by 12:30. The technician did not show up until 1:15 over 2 hours past the window of arrival. There was a stain on the backseat that he did not attempt to get out. I asked him what product I could buy to attempt to clean it and remove the stain. At that time, he said he would get it out. I don’t feel like I should have had to ask for him to try and get a stain on the seat out when he already finished the car. He clearly just didn’t care to make that extra effort. The inside of the windshield wasn’t even touched. There are smudges and other dirt all over it. There were some stains in the carpet. He did shampoo the carpets but I felt like other companies have done a better job of removing some of the staining.”
