“Immanuel arrived 40 minutes after the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. arrival window.
The rear hatch door seal had some clearly visible dirt remaining in one of it crevices. He didn't do any "dressing" on the exterior plastic trim on the rocker panels and elsewhere. He implausibly indicated that he wasn't sure that the "Platinum" detailing included that item. I showed him a screen print for the service showing this was to be done, He then applied the dressing, over-spraying it on the garage floor, causing me slip and almost fall later on.
Sand remained on the carpet between the gas pedal and the drive-train hump. When I pointed this out and asked "Don't you have a crevice tool?" I was astonished to hear him say "No". Then he made a useless effort to remove the dirt by wiping it with a cloth.
I told Immanuel that I was annoyed by his failure to rectify the easily visible, granulated dirt by the gas peddle. He seemed unconcerned and left with only a $5 tip of the $20 I was prepared to give.”

“Communication skills of this company are awesome!!! They let me know every step of the way what was going on. The window for arrival, followed up by an email and text reminder of the day and time, another notice the morning of confirming approx eta which was right on target. When Junior showed up right on time he was personable and did an excellent job!!! IT'S ALL GOOD!”

“ The detailing it’s self is excellent. I waited all morning last Friday and no one showed up. When I spoke to the technician, the only reason I rescheduled for this morning was that he would have someone here at 8 AM sharp and he would offer me a discount for my inconvenience. The team showed up around 930 and had no knowledge of any discount. I did not argue with them and paid the full amount, but I am disappointed. I will not recommend this service for that reason, Although the service itself was actually quite good. If someone wants to contact me and offer me a discount that would be very much appreciated. Thank you.”
