“Eduardo was my tech today and I told him about a couple of items that would make his project more difficult than normal. First, Eduardo had estimated his arrival for about 1:00pm and arrived a few minutes early (I am a big proponent of being on time, it's part of a traveling tech's first impression). I had just completed a 6500 mile road trip which made my vehicle look beat up and sad but in addition to that, were the two challenges he needed to overcome. First, a friend said he could clay bar my vehicle to make it look awesome especially given the midnight black paint. The car looked great until it was in the sunlight. The car looked horrible, he obviously didn't know how to use a clay bar. The finish was all but ruined with scuff marks from the clay. The second challenge was all inside. During this last road trip, my dog split the 20 year old little bean bag, which really wasn't filled with beans but with semolina sized little white "stuff." It was EVERYWHERE! I opened all the windows in my car and suddenly I found myself driving my own personal snow globe. The little perforations in the fake leather vinyl seats were filled with those tiny little white balls and even more stuck to the vehicles black carpeting. And though I had paid for the dog hair service, my white Siberian Husky left her own mark on the black interior. Where did you get this guy? He started around 1:00 and finished roughly 4 hours later. He just worked, busted his ass and took a lot of pride in his work. I took delivery on this vehicle with 5 miles on it November 13 of 2020, snd it currently has almost 26,000 miles on it. A whole bunch of driving without the time to wash my vehicle let alone detai it. My car looks absolutely fantastic! A high gloss shine on the exterior with most of those clay bar skid marks corrected. The inside was immaculate whe he got done. The interior was so clean I didn't want to put my Husky back in the car for fear she'd drop a couple or more white hair. Part way through I realized I had no cash for a tip so a tip was added when he was less than half done as I wanted him to know immediately that I was pleased with his effort so far and wanted him to know that I knew he was working hard on my car and that I truly appreciated his work ethic and his high level of pride he took in his work, old school. I love old school. I paid $304 for my package, I invested $75 in your employee, for his effort and performance. I also invested in his future (and mine) for the next time my car needs detailing, I know who to ask for. I believe you may want to begin looking for ways to perfect employee cloning.
